Fees and Format

Coaching Format

I offer the Creative Empowerment Process, Career Empowerment Process, as well as customized series of sessions targeted to specific life areas. (See the Life Coaching Quick Self Test.) I coach via phone which provides flexibility and ease in scheduling and allows you to examine your life direction in the comfort of your own home or office. I also offer coaching face-to-face. Sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

Between sessions you will engage in thought-provoking exercises that will help you identify your important visions and create goals, and immediate action steps, to bring them about. This work can take from 1-3 hours depending upon your pace. In addition to our coaching sessions, you will have the opportunity of emailing me up to 10 times per month for no extra charge, to ask questions that arise between sessions.

Because every individual is unique, the time needed to complete coaching programs varies (see below). You can take your time and go at your pace whether you select a coaching program or individually customized process.

Life Coaching: The Creative Empowerment Process >
This four-part program consists of 20 coaching sessions, specifically designed to guide you step-by-step through learning and utilizing the creative process used by artists, leaders, and builders of culture from time immemorial. Clients may do the program in its entirety, or in parts depending upon their individual goals. This program is offered on a sliding scale fee basis (from $100.00 to $5,000). Includes 180 page workbook (PDF) and unlimited email support between sessions.

Career Coaching: The Career Empowerment Process >
This two-part life's work discovery program consists of 10 coaching sessions, specifically designed to guide you through the key steps necessary to finding your true calling and shaping it into a viable career. Clients may do the program in its entirety, or in parts depending upon their individual goals. This program is offered on a sliding scale fee basis (from $100.00 to $2,500). Includes 150 page workbook (PDF) and unlimited email support between sessions.

Customized Coaching >
Customized coaching is offerred for those who wish to focus on both career and other life areas. Includes workbook (PDF) and unlimited email support between sessions.
