Fees and Format

Coaching Format

I offer the Creative Empowerment Process, Career Empowerment Process, as well as customized series of sessions targeted to specific life areas. (See The Balanced Life: Self Test.) I coach via phone which provides flexibility and ease in scheduling and allows you to examine your life direction in the comfort of your own home or office. I also offer coaching face-to-face. Sessions are forty-five minutes in duration.

Between sessions you will engage in thought-provoking exercises that will help you identify your important visions and create goals, and immediate action steps, to bring them about. This work can take from 1-3 hours depending upon your pace. In addition to our coaching sessions, you will have the opportunity of emailing me up to 10 times per month for no extra charge, to ask questions that arise between sessions.

Because every individual is unique, the time needed to complete coaching programs varies (see below). You can take your time and go at your pace whether you select a coaching program or individually customized process.

Coaching Fees

Life Coaching: The Creative Empowerment Process >
This program is offered on a sliding scale fee basis (ranging from $500-$1,250). Includes meeting with coach 3 times a month, and email support of up to 10 emails per month between sessions. Duration to complete the entire process: from 3-4 months, depending on your individual pace. May be done in its entirety, or in part. Includes 180 page workbook (PDF) and reading materials.

Career Coaching: The Career Empowerment Process >
This program is offered on a sliding scale fee basis (ranging from $695-$1,850). Includes meeting with coach 3 times a month, and email support of up to 10 emails per month between sessions. Duration to complete the entire process: from 3-5 months, depending on your individual pace. May be done in its entirety, or in part. Includes 150 page workbook (PDF) and reading materials.

Customized Coaching >
This is an individually customized coaching process that can involve a combination of career and life coaching, and take from one to twenty sessions or more, depending upon an individuals desired goals. Includes workbook (PDF) and reading materials.
